WHAT KIND OF WAX IS IN THE MELTS?

Our Bag of Dicks wax melts are made with a soy wax and paraffin blend.

WHY DO YOUR MELTS HAVE SYNTHETIC FRAGRANCE OILS?

Our candles and melts use phthalate-free fragrance oils that include both natural and synthetic ingredients, which are cruelty-free and lab-tested for consumer safety. You might think that Essential Oils would be a safer alternative, but in fact Essential Oils are potentially toxic when burned, so we steer clear of them.

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE MELTS?

Melts are a great way to get all the lovely fragrance of a candle without the fire hazard! Pop one or two into an approved electric or plug-in wax warmer. Check your fragrance warmer’s instructions for recommendations on usage. We generally burn our melts for 3–4 hours at a time. Each melt should have good fragrance for 8–12 hours. After the wax loses its scent, let the wax cool in the warmer. When it is completely cooled, you can pop the hardened wax out and discard. Our method to release the wax is to place the warmer bowl into the freezer for 15 minutes, which should allow the hardened wax to pop right out!

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?

Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. We are a very small business and do our best to process orders quickly, but please understand that items may take longer to ship during busy seasons.

WILL I GET TRACKING INFORMATION?

Absolutely! When your shipping label is created you will receive an email with the tracking number.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

First, check to make sure that the shipping address you entered is correct. Occasionally a shipment can be mistakenly marked as “delivered” by USPS when it is actually still in transit. In this instance your package may arrive 3–5 business days after the package was marked delivered. If you do not receive your package five business days after it is marked delivered, please email us at info@smallpackagesco.com and we'll get to the bottom of it!

If for any reason your package is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the package. The cost to reship a package is $7.99 and you will be sent an invoice via email. If you choose to receive a refund rather than have your order resent, you will be refunded for the cost of the candles only. We cannot refund shipping cost on returned packages. 

If your shipping information on file is incorrect and your package is not returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of a replacement candle, plus an additional $7.99 to cover the cost of shipping, should you want a replacement sent. We cannot offer any refunds on orders with address errors which were not returned to us.
