Unfortunately, Small Packages Co. does not accept returns or issue refunds at this time. We try our best to include an accurate description of a candle's scent in our product listing. If it turns out to be not your thing, please consider gifting the candle to someone who will enjoy it.
We offer a 30-day exchange policy on any item damaged during the shipping process.
To complete your exchange, all we require is the order number and a photo of the damage sent to email@example.com so we can file a claim and get a replacement order sent to you.
All exchanges will be for the same item originally ordered.
We're a small company and totally understand that mistakes like this can happen!
If you are ever missing an item or received the wrong one please send us a picture and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can address the situation and get your order corrected.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please get in contact with us at email@example.com and we will file a claim send out a replacement.
If for any reason your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the package. The cost to reship a package is $7.99 and you will be sent an invoice via email. If you choose to receive a refund rather than have your order resent, you will be refunded for the cost of the goods only. We cannot refund shipping cost on returned packages.
If a "return to sender" is processed and your package is not returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of replacement products, plus an additional $7.99 to cover the cost of shipping, should you want a replacement sent. We cannot offer any refunds on orders which were not returned to us.
